Children's Alliance Awards honor those who raise their voices for children

The Children’s Alliance Awards honor individuals from across the state who raise their voices for children.

Powerless children need powerful voices, and the Children’s Alliance Awards recognize those who work to ensure healthier kids, a stronger economy, and a brighter future for New Hampshire.

The inaugural awards were presented to four outstanding advocates April 12 at the Capitol Center for the Arts in Concord.

Advocates can be nominated in four categories: Healthy Children, Strong Families, Educational Opportunity, and Youth Advocate. Anyone may submit a nomination on behalf of a co-worker, friend, or just someone whose advocacy they admire. Nominations are reviewed and award winners selected by a committee of community leaders from across the state.
