The annual Data Book is a comprehensive resource on the status of U.S. children, featuring state-specific data on ten key indicators of child well-being. New Hampshire Child Hunger

and Nutrition Initiative

The goal of the Children’s Alliance’s Child Hunger and Nutrition Initiative is to convene a broad coalition of partners and to develop a statewide Plan to End Child Hunger based on an assessment of the extent and causes of hunger in the state.  To this end, the Children’s Alliance and Food Solutions New England have partnered to establish the first New Hampshire Food Advisory Council to take on the work of developing the plan.  The inaugural meeting of the Council took place on September 1, 2011 in Concord, NH.  (Read More...)

First Focus is a bipartisan advocacy organization dedicated to making children and families a priority in federal policy and budget decisions. First Focus takes a unique approach to children’s advocacy, engaging both traditional and non-traditional partners in a broad range of efforts to increase federal investments in programs that address the needs of our nation’s children.
